Acceptable use

By using DateBookNow, you agree to use it for its intended purpose: planning real dates with people you actually know. You agree not to:

• Use DateBookNow to harass, threaten, or stalk anyone.
• Send invitations to people who have asked you to stop contacting them.
• Include hateful, defamatory, or illegal content in your invitations.
• Use the site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the service, our database, or other users' invitations.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or generate bulk invitations.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create on DateBookNow (your invitation text, names, messages). By creating an invitation, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as needed to operate the service — i.e., to show it to anyone who has the invitation URL.

You're responsible for making sure you have permission to use any names or personal information you include in an invitation.

Invitation links

Each invitation gets a short, random URL. You're responsible for who you share that URL with. We're not liable if you accidentally share it publicly (e.g., post it on a public social media account).

No warranty

DateBookNow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that invitations will be preserved indefinitely, or that the tools will produce useful results for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DateBookNow and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or damages arising from invitations being viewed by unintended parties due to user error in sharing URLs.

Termination

We may, at our discretion, remove any invitation that violates these terms or that we believe is being used for abuse. We may also block IP addresses or user agents that are scraping, spamming, or otherwise misusing the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of DateBookNow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
